'How best to introduce my work to newcomers' – a topic I’ve been musing over for some time. Eventually the decision is made: why not start by giving you the opportunity of following me around for a while? With this in mind I have written a kind of dog diary where I give you glimpses into a few typical weeks in my life. Other topics will follow as they crop up. Enjoy!

IDTS accreditation now available in Switzerland!

I have been working with Nicole Froehlich for several years to help provide a high standard of dog education in Switzerland.  Nicole works on an ethical and professional basis and for these reasons I have chosen to cement my links with her on both a formal and informal basis.

As a result we now have been given official permission by an independent awarding body in the UK (the Open College Network) to further develop my International Dog Behaviour and Training School and expand the  accredtation into Switzerland.  This gives a formal recognition to this course run by Nicole Froehlich and myself, allowing accreditation of students fulfilling the necessary requirements and passing four units of study in canine behaviour and training at the highest level possible within this organisation.

Students will be required to have a good grasp of the English language, but this is an excellent step forward.  It means that anyone having completed the IDTS will now have the opportunity to gain an independent accreditation.
