UK Parcels are usually sent by Parcel Post
International - Air MailPlease allow up to 7 days for delivery. (UK only)
All goods are despatched using Royal Mail’s standard postal delivery service. Sheila Harper Ltd does not accept any responsibility for items that are lost in transit. If you wish to insure your purchases to cover against loss in transit please contact us on 01543 878989 and we will be happy to provide details of the cost of this service. - Is your shopping system secure?

- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit & debit cards, cheques, postal orders, bank transfers and cash if collecting in person.
- What happens if the item I received is faulty
- We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase, however
if you are not for any reason please return it to us (with a print
out of your email receipt) within 30 days and we will refund you. To
be eligible for a refund returned items must be in their original
state regards condition and packaging.
