Refunds
Products
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase, however
if you are not for any reason please return it to us (with a print
out of your email receipt) within 30 days and we will refund you. To
be eligible for a refund returned items must be in their original
state regards condition and packaging.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Courses
Course fees are non-refundable unless written notice of
cancellation is given at least 14 days prior to the commencement of
the course. If such notice is given then the whole fee will be
refunded (less 20% for administration costs). If less than 14 days
notice is given, then no part of the fee will be refundable unless
the student can find someone to take their place.
If for any reason Sheila Harper Ltd has to cancel a course, students
will receive a full refund of the course fee.
